POLICIES & INFORMATION

1. Payment Options
All payments must be made in full upon placing all orders. C.O.D is not available.

LaDuca Shoes accepts the following major credit cards:
American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club.

We accept personal and business checks (drawn on domestic U.S. bank accounts), money orders, and traveler’s checks with government-issued identification.  If payment is made by check, an additional ten days must be added to the normal shipping time to allow for check clearance. Please make checks payable to: LaDuca Productions, Ltd.

Payment is required in U.S. Dollars (USD).

IMPORTANT: If paying by check or money order, you must make arrangements with LaDuca Shoes in advance. Please CALL the store at 212-586-2079. There is a $25 USD fee for returned checks.

2. Shopping Cart Ordering
From the Purchase menu button on the LaDuca website:

            · Select link to the item desired to access product and details.
            · Select corresponding field from the drop-down menus for item.
            · Select “Add to Cart” button to order item.
            · When finished, select “Proceed to Checkout” button.
            · Enter Billing and Shipping information.
            · Confirm all details of your order.
            · Submit your purchase for processing.

3. Processing Internet Orders
We process online orders as received. A LaDuca sales associate will contact you to establish a verbal confirmation once an order is received.
If any additional merchandise is ordered, those items will be handled as a separate order. An Order number is assigned to each order.

4. Shipping and Handling

Home/Ground
LaDuca uses FedEx to ship orders. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for Home/Ground delivery. The cost for Home/Ground shipping and handling for 1 pair of shoes is $15.00 USD.   

Express
For expedited (rush) requests via FedEx Overnight (First, Priority, and Standard), 2-Day or 3-Day
Express Saver, please contact the store directly @ 212-586-2079.
**Shipping outside the Continental U.S. is billed at standard international rates. Duties and taxes
are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If time allows, orders are shipped on that day. If not, they will then be shipped on the next business day.

Special orders and back orders on out-of-stock shoes can take up to 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.

5. Sales Tax & Tax Exempt
Required Sales Tax of 8.875% is applied to the price of all merchandise purchased by customers who reside within New York State.

            · There is no tax on Out-of-State phone and Internet sales.
            · Tax-exempt purchases must accompany a Certificate of Exemption when ordered.
            · Please fax the documentation to LaDuca Shoes at 212-586-2079.

6. Fax Orders
Fax orders should be sent to (212)586-2658. Be sure to provide ALL of the pertinent information regarding your order as follows:  1) Customer name, 2) Billing address, 3) Shipping address, 4) Phone number, 5) Email address, 6) Shoe style, 7) Color, 8) Sole type, 9) Heel height, and 10) Width.

If payment is made with a credit card please include the Credit Card Number, Name on Card, Expiration Date, and the 3 or 4 digit credit card validation code.  You may also be asked to provide this information to a LaDuca sales associate by phone or in person.

7. Exchange Policy / **No Refunds**
There are NO REFUNDS. There are only exchanges or Store Credits issued.

Exchanges for ANY and ALL reasons will only be accepted within 15 days of the purchase date and only if all of the following criteria are met.

            · Shoes have not been worn,
            · Show no signs of wear,
            · Are not damaged or soiled,
            · Accompanied with original receipt,
            · Returned in original box and packaging,
            · With an explanation of the reason for exchange.

If a customer does not wish to make an immediate exchange, a physical Store Credit will be issued toward a future purchase. There is NO expiration date for Store Credits.

Shoes that have been tapped and rubbered by customer request are not eligible for exchange.

There is $15 restocking/exchange fee for each pair of shoes exchanged covering shipping and handling for Home/Ground deliveries. Express (rush) shipping and handling costs will be assessed accordingly.

Exchanges will only be shipped after the merchandise being returned has been received by LaDuca Shoes.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may ONLY be cancelled within 3 days from date of order. For this service, there will be a $45 cancellation fee deducted from the total charged. NO exceptions.

9. Disclaimer
Anyone who purchases LaDuca Shoes acknowledges that injuries may occur while wearing any footwear. Therefore, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and risks including, but not limited to, bodily injury which may occur as a result of wearing LaDuca Shoes regardless of reason. Buyers/Consumers waive any and all claims against LaDuca Shoes and agree not to hold liable LaDuca Shoes, its successors, assignees, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, executors, administrators, and their heirs should an injury be sustained out of negligence or breach of contract, and whether it results in bodily injury, property damage, or loss otherwise.
